Standing Yoga Poses
Tadasana (Mountain Pose)
Instructions:- Stand straight with feet together.
- Keep your hands beside your body.
- Stretch both arms upward.
- Lift your heels slightly.
- Breathe deeply and hold for 20–30 seconds.
- Slowly return to normal position.
Vrikshasana (Tree Pose)
Instructions:- Stand on one leg.
- Place the other foot on your inner thigh.
- Join your palms above your head.
- Keep your spine straight.
- Focus on one point.
- Hold for 30 seconds and switch legs.
Trikonasana (Triangle Pose)
Instructions:- Keep your feet wide apart.
- Stretch both arms sideways.
- Bend to one side.
- Touch your ankle or shin.
- Raise the opposite hand upward.
- Hold for 20–30 seconds.
Virabhadrasana (Warrior Pose)
Instructions:- Take a wide stance.
- Bend your front knee.
- Keep the back leg straight.
- Stretch both arms parallel to the floor.
- Look toward the front hand.
- Hold for 30 seconds and repeat on the other side.
